I'm 5'4" with a slim waistline and could've probably stood to have gotten a small size, but I got a medium and it fits all right - a bit loose. Be forewarned however: the shirt is very thin. Do not wear anything but white garments underneath, and for the love of rock 'n' roll, DO wear something underneath.
