I've got a few, and the sizes are spot on. I've never needed to return one. It makes a great reasonably priced gift too.
We ordered a whole set of these Dutch design Ts for the family, and got tons of compliments on a recent trip to Disney World -- especially from the European visitors. They wanted to trade!
