Our baby has Down syndrome and loose joints and low muscle tone and this is one of the easiest long sleeve shirts to get her dressed in even with a short sleeve onesie underneath. It washes up well, even when baby gets her lunch all over it! Under the Nile is a wonderful company! I simply cannot say enough good things about all of their products!
