(More customer reviews)As you'd expect from Columbia, this is a nice shirt -- good fabric, good construction, well designed. It has the floating cape back so beneficial in steamy weather. The collar stays put (both lapels and behind the neck) and looks decent, without need of hold-down buttons. The twin flapped chest pockets are large enough for a 3x5 notebook and some other stuff, plus a pen or two with pocket clips - and the flaps still fold down and stay down. The flaps have a single small patch of velcro, the same color as the shirt, to help keep them shut.
Note that the "Black Night" color is not black but a very dark blue, and very attractive indeed.
I have and have had a number of high-tech hot-weather shirts, and this one is the nicest of them all.
