I always wash it cold, dry on the lowest setting (inside out) and take it out before its totally dry, so that I can hang or stretch it while damp, preventing wrinkles and making it like new each time. I've had it for a year or more now and I love it. You'll want to wash it separately the first few times since it can bleed a bit. But really, what's not to like? Pulse is one of my favorite albums, encompassing dark side of the moon and so much more. I love this shirt and judging by the comments I've received, a lot of other people enjoy its vivid and colorful display as well!
