After spending 5 minutes trying to explain the meaning of the shirt to a few people, I've learned to just answer with, "Learn SQL."
The shirt is made of cotton and feels comfortable on the skin. I've washed and dried it a few times with no shrinking, so you can go with actual size, and after multiple washings the lettering has cracked a bit, but it's still completely legible from a distance (no parts of the letters have come off or anything of that nature).
(Although this t-shirt is listed for men, ladies, you can grab a size smaller than your normal size and you'll be good to go.)
