(More customer reviews)I had an extremely poor experience with this vendor. It took weeks for me to receive my order. When I finally did receive it, I was sent the wrong Jack Daniels tank top. I called the company and they said they were waiting for the correct shipment to come in. I called a couple of days later for an update and kept getting their answering machine (not knowing they were screening theirs calls and deliberately not taking my call because they have caller ID). I kept calling for days and then finally I received an e-mail stating I needed to pay for shipping to return the incorrect tank top they sent. I replied and gave them the option of sending me a shipping label or I can send it COD. I was not about to pay for their mistake. I also included in the e-mail that I would be writing a poor review on Amazon. And within seconds of my e-mail, I got a very rude phone call from someone who I believe is the manager. I told him all I wanted was the correct tank top I ordered and will not pay to send it back. He was nasty and said if I'm going to place a bad review on Amazon he would discard my order. He also said he would tell his employees to not answer the phone if they see my phone number appear. So now I'm left with an item I did not order. WHAT LOSERS! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS VENDOR! VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!
