(More customer reviews)This shirt does run a little small, however it actually does help with keeping you cool. I have used it on the really hot days 85 degrees and up and wow what a differnce. Im not sure how it all works, but for someone like me who has MS and needs to keep my core cool, it really helped me on my races.
