(More customer reviews)CW-X says that the VersatX top improves posture, balance and arm motion. I would simply say that it pulls your shoulders back. This seems to help a bit with breathing. The wicking of perspiration is excellent. The fact that it is form-fitting probably helps with the wicking. My only complaint -- why I do not give this product five stars -- is that Accelerade (at least the fruit-punch version that I put in the bottles in my FuelBelt) seems to permanently stain the fabric. -- Kirk Mahoney, Ph.D.
