(More customer reviews)I love this shirt! I ordered it because I wanted something cool to wear to a Ringo Starr concert, and when it arrived, it totally exceeded my expectations. The photograph in this listing really doesn't do justice to it; it's just too small to give a full sense of the tie dye colors and shadings. (For example, there is a mix of purple with the various shades of blue in the vertical strip next to the Beatles' faces that is barely discernable in the photo.)
What surprised me the most (and the most pleasantly) is the way the tie dye design carries over to the back of the shirt. It's a shame there's not a back view photo in the listing. The back is a mirror image of the front of the shirt (without the cartoon images and text), with the same exact tie dye pattern. I was also impressed with the attention to detail in the construction of this shirt. The right shoulder seams are matched perfectly, so that the vertical elements in the design climb up over the right shoulder and continue straight down the back with no disruption at all.
I probably sound like a nut raving so much, but honestly, this is one of the coolest entertainment-related shirts I've ever bought (and I've bought quite a few, believe me). If you're a fan of the Beatles and you appreciate good tie dye design, I think you'll love it, too.
