(More customer reviews)When this arrived by Parcel Post the other day I literally leapt from my rascal brand man scooter for joy. I don't need the scooter to get around, I just enjoy the convenience and the handy basket. plus, believe you me, the ladies really dig the sporty exterior, if you find the right ladies(wink). Anyhow I decided to celebrate the arrival of my new favorite shirt which bears the likeness of my favorite super-hero ever, by taking Sugar Cube my scooter, on a trek to downtown Chicago. Well sir, things were going great, and me and Sugar Cube and my new snazzy shirt drew many an admiring glance from downtown passers-by.
Eventually I grew thirsty and decided to stop into a local refreshment parlour. I was a bit dis-oriented since i was in an unfamiliar part of the City, an area I believe is known as Boys Town, after the Spencer Tracey movie of the same name, no doubt. There were some delightfully whimsical sounding establishments nearby, with names like The ToolBox, The CockPit and The LumberYard. However I decided to steer the noble Sugar Cube into The Fudge Factory, thinking it was something similar to The Cheesecake Factory.
IT WASN'T! At first I thought the men inside were being a bit stand-offish because of Sugar Cube and his brightly colored paint job, but then one of them pointed at my shirt and yelled"Look everyone he's a Martian Manhunter!" Everyone had a good laugh, myself included and conversation and libations flowed freely after that. Sugar Cube and myself received much attention as "virgin visitors" to the place and a few of the gents showed us a special dance they said they had learned in the Navy, from some exotic port of call, no doubt.
We ended the night tangled in a huge sweaty knot, convulsing with laughter on the giant room sized Twister mat. I have never had such a rioutous time in my life and I made several good friends to boot. As a matter of fact, Chiquita, who says he was a Pink Beret in the Bangcock Army,is coming over tonight for some wine and pasta. He's going to teach me a few moves in the deadly martial art known as Bath House Judo. And he wants to see my Martian Manhunter!
